This Privacy Policy explains how Grax Software (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use this application available at grax-software.com (the “Service”) and connect your Facebook account to it through Meta’s Facebook Login.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — the name, email address and password hash of users who sign in to the Service.
- Facebook data — when you connect a Facebook profile we receive your app-scoped Facebook user ID, your name,
an access token and the list of permissions you granted (
ads_read,ads_management). - Advertising data — using that token we read the ad accounts you have access to (name, currency, status, balance, spend) and their campaigns, ad sets and ads (names, statuses, budgets, timestamps).
- Technical data — server logs (IP address, browser, request time) kept for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use information
- to display your advertising structure inside the Service and keep it up to date (synchronization every few minutes);
- to start or pause campaigns, ad sets and ads when you explicitly ask us to;
- to secure the Service, prevent abuse and fix errors.
We do not sell personal data, do not use Facebook data for advertising profiling, and do not share it with third parties except infrastructure providers that host the Service under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
3. Storage and security
Access tokens are stored encrypted. Data of each organization (tenant) is isolated from other organizations. Access to the Service requires authentication.
4. Retention
We keep Facebook data while the profile is connected. When a profile is removed — by you in the Service, by removing the app in your Facebook settings, or through a deletion request — the access token and related advertising data are deleted.
